This week, you will complete ONE of the following of your choice to immerse yourself further in European history and culture. You may turn your write-ups/photos in by any of the means you have used this year during remote learning. - Due Tues. 5/26 (25 Points):
Choose something of interest or that sounds fun to try. Have a bit of fun with this one! Choice 1: Try a recipe from a European country
Choice 2: Recreate a sample of school-appropriate European Art.
Choice 3: Research an influential individual from a European country and analyze their impacts/contributions.
Choice 4: Research a significant historical or recent event that we have not yet studied of a European country and analyze its impact. [World War II, Decolonization, the Cold War in Europe, the creation of the European Movement, new political parties such as the Green Party, the 3rd and 4th waves of feminism, Brexit, etc. as examples you may pull from]
Choice 5:Watch a parent-approved film made in this country if on Netflix, Prime, etc. and reflect on what it teaches you about that country’s culture, society, etc. (with captions if in a foreign language)
